Thank you so much for your hospitality during our stay at Isle Sea You! We especially appreciated the record breaking weather! I lost my feedback from so I wanted to send you a note to let you know about our trip. Your house accommodated us all nicely. There were 6 of us—my mom, sister, my husband and our daughter (6 years) and son (3 years).
We were visiting family who live in Calabash and Shallotte. When they came for dinner and swimming, there was plenty of space for all of us to eat. It was a wonderful vacation.
We come to Ocean Isle every April to visit our family. Since having children, we found it much more enjoyable renting a house on the beach. Isle Sea You was our favorite house, yet! We promise we will be back!
If I have to find something to criticize about your home, I would want to tell you that we could not figure out how to use the dvd player in the living room! I think it might need written directions in the future! Fortunately, the weather was so nice that we decided that we really didn’t need to watch tv! Other than that, we found everything to be fabulous!
Thanks so much for the junk-food basket! It was devoured by all! What a pleasant surprise! We appreciated all the personal touches you have made for our vacation.

Owner's Note: The DVD player in the living room had been unhooked. As a result of the Horton's comment, we bought a new DVD/VCR unit so that there would be one unit instead of two (one for DVDs and one for VHS tapes); this will allow the DVD/VCR to both remain hooked up at all times. We also added written instructions for use by other guests. We take our guest feedback very seriously, and we try to do everything we can to implement suggestions offered by our guests. We thank the Hortons for their great suggestion!

Thanks a million! My family used this weekend as an opportunity to get together from far away--Nebraska, Utah, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina. It was so great to come to a place with absolutely everything and no preparation required! We loved the location, amenities, pool, and beach access. We'll definitely be back, hopefully for a full week next time. We all had a very good time and will never forget Ocean Isle Beach.

We rent homes several times a year for vacation and I have never come across anyone as friendly, helpful, or so accommodating. It is nice to know that there are still some great wonderful people in the world who think of others. You have already made our trip a success and we haven't even left home yet.

Good evening,We are home safely and what a wonderful trip we had.The weather was perfect everyday and we even got to see a NC thunder storm which the kids (and adults) enjoyed. Your home made our trip a perfect beach vacation. The decor, the location, THE POOL, refreshing after a long day at the beach, all amenities, the screened porch, beach towels, chairs, etc. everything we needed was there.
We did some parasailing with OIB Parasail what an awesome time and experience that was. We went down to Broadway at the Beach in Myrtle Beach for a day and did the IMAX, Nascar Speedpark, and some mini golf and shopping.
We had a blast with the rented golf cart and it made getting around the island so convenient without always having to get in the car. Definitely would rent one again.
We had some great food at the Breakers, TOMO's, Cinellis, and some seafood down at Calabash.
We have all agreed that out of our lake vacations 2 years ago, our mountain vacation last year, and our beach vacation this year the BEACH WINS HANDS DOWN.

This is the perfect place to vacation for two families. We wanted to rent the house for two weeks. The pool is very important and, it looks PERFECT!! We were very excited. This is the PERFECT house for us. My family stays in Ocean Isle for vacations and we had an awesome time.

Just wanted to let you know that we all had a wonderful time at Ocean Isle in your house. Everything was really nice and my sister wanted me to tell you that she could really tell a difference since you had bought the house and that was a good thing. Everything was cleaner and we loved the hard wood floors. I think the pool has spoiled us, the kids loved it...well...so did the adults. Some days my little girl and my Dad would only stay in the pool and wouldn't even go to the beach. The house is well equipped with everything you need for a great time, we did not have to worry about one thing...it was there for our use and we thank you. What a wonderful week--all the rain in PA and all sun here! You have a beautiful home, filled with necessities and amenities--our stay was lovely and comfortable. The children are grown now and going to the shore is a lot different than when they were small! My father had his whole family with him and so enjoyed it, as we all did. The pool was wonderful, after the beach, and your decor is so fanciful and upbeat--it helped everyone to feel they were away from their daily lives and on "vacation!"

Best 4th of July ever!!! With family and friends in Ocean Isle Beach from all over the country (Denver, Colorado; Virginia Beach, Virginia, Charlottesville, Virginia; Kernersville, North Carolina), we couldn't think of a better place to spend the holiday together. We have had such an amazing time this week! For most of us this was our 4th year at Ocean Isle and 3rd year here at your lovely house. We have enjoyed the new pool & hardwood floors greatly. Some of our favorite activities have been the beach (obviously!), playing Uno until late at night, and doing our own version of Iron Chef (battles potato & cheese). We also went to the Pavillion to commemorate it. We love Ocean Isle and pland to keep coming back!

Just wanted to let you know that we had a great time on vacation last week at your home in Ocean Isle Beach. We really enjoyed having the pool. We rented the house before we knew about the pool so we were very happy when we learned that you had added it! There were 2 babies under one year of age with our party so it really came in handy during afternoon naps and evenings! This was the second time we stayed at this house and really noticed the changes that you made. Having TVs in everyroom satisfied everyone--men, women and kids! We really liked using the crockpot in the kitchen. It was nice to put lunch or dinner in the crockpot in the morning and not have to worry about it. Having it go directly to warm when it was finished cooking was really great, too. I am definitely putting one on my Christmas list!
Our family has stayed in several different homes at Ocean Isle Beach over the past 12 to 14 years. We stayed in several canal houses first, then we decided to try one closer to the beach and tried 44 East Second Street about 7 years ago and really enjoyed being closer to the beach. Three years ago we decided to go back to Ocean Isle but could not get this house the week that we wanted so we stayed in a house a few doors down. Last we tried again to get your house but the same thing happened and we had to another one close by. We were pleasantly surprised this year when we were finally able to get this house again. It has been the nicest one we have stayed in yet! I know our familiy will be back to Ocean Isle Beach again soon and we will definitely get in touch with you to see when it is available!

We had a nice time at "Isle-Sea-You!" The house is set up perfect for our needs of two families with children. We really enjoyed the swimming pool...early in the morning, after a day at the beach, and in the evening!! The owners have been very hospitable and have seen to so many details which made our planning and preparation much easier! This was our second vacation there and surely not our last.

Hello from the Simmons, Kobisky, Clever and Allen Families. We were just wanting to write to you to tell you thanks for letting us use your lovely home. We were all amazed at how big it was. It was great to be able to stay the whole week together for Ukranian Christmas. We haven't been able to do that in awhile because there wasn't a house big enough to hold all of us. The first thing we did was go up to the crow's next and see the ocean from the house. Then, we went swimming in the swimming pool which was nice and hot for us like bath water. We all felt we were at home. We all had fun.

It is with a sincere fame of mind, on behalf of the "Kobisky Family," as a father and grandfather, I wish to thank you for a pleasant, comfortable, home like atmospher and the hospitality of your home on the beach at Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina.
This was our first experience, in celebrating the "Ukranian Christmas" (Jan. 7, 2007) on the beach. What impressed me the most was, the roominess of the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room and the cleanliness of the entire house and exterior. And of course, the outside heated pool. It was an awesome adventure for me personally, just sitting in the warm pool, relaxing with a cool glass of Southern sweet tea bringing some happy memories of a past visit to Hawaii. Our other family members, also were very much content and enjoyed every moment of this home like hospitality.
My family and I, wish to thank you very much for letting us spend our "Ukranian Christmas" in your house on the beach. I am very pleased, for having made an acquaintance with you. Maybe someday, we will meet. God bless you all.

Hi guys! We soooooo enjoyed our stay at your home. Will definitely want to plan future vacations. I'm glad to write words of praise. That really helps when you are searching for a nice place to stay, and I found it helpful when I was looking for a place at Ocean Isle Beach. My only problem was having to cut my week short...I was having too much of a good time and really hated to come back to work. I wanted to stay until Saturday with the rest of the group.
Thank you so much for the desserts, the tent/chairs, and everything. It was such a nice surprise and we love to be pampered...Mom's don't get that luxury very often. The girls loved it as well. And, I too feel (even though we have not been lucky enough to meet fact to fact) that I have found truly good friends. We will have to stay in touch, other than when we want to reserve the house. The rest of the group arrived back home safely on Saturday.

The hospitality extended by you all was overwhelming. To actually be able to pack for the beach and not have to make room for sheets and towels was great. Wow, wish this vacation would never end! I was fortunate enough to meet my family here for vacation and now this is a yearly trip. The house allowed for privacy when you wanted it, but also was great for the family to gather in the living room, pool and the front balcony! Hi! My family & I spent our vacation here. We had fun on the beach and in the pool. I learned to swim! My Daddy & Uncle Michael fried pickles and fish, yum, yum! We celebrated cousin Joan's 25th birthday, what fun. We wore tiaras and carried magic wands, even in the ocean. All the men went fishing but all the bait drowned, so sad. We played putt-putt and walked on the pier. Watching our Canadian neighbors catch fish in the canal was fun. Our expectations were exceeded! We all had a great time....the pool--you would think it wouldn't be necessary--but we enjoyed it! The cabana was lovely---nobody suffered sunburn. It was very convenient to come to a house where everything was there for our convenience. We took note of all the beautiful wall and table decorations and went off to Callahan's to buy some---take some of the experience home. "We'll sea you" again.

Once again, we thoroughly enjoy ourselves in your wonderful home. As hosts, your family is utterly gracious and accomodating. The house is so well-stocked that we didn't need or want for a thing! We loved spending mornings on the beach under the canopy (great for small kids), and afternoons by the pool. We had easy access to the Fishing Center for putting the boat in the water as well. Various friends and family visited us during the week and there was plenty of room for everyone. The views are teriffic and we all relaxed and had a fabulous time. Ocean Isle Beach has been a favorite vacation spot for my family since 2000. Staying at Isle Sea You this year made it easy for us to travel from Washington State for a perfect vacation. All we had to bring was ourselves, everything else was provided for us, from the towels and linens to a complete kitchen.
My family really enjoyed the backyard pool, too! We will definitely sea you again!

We all had a wonderful time at your beautiful property. The weather cooperated with mostly sunshine and mid-80s all week. The ocean water temperature and pool were warm. Both were perfect.
Your marketing efforst and attention to detail throughout the process was exceptional...actually better than any like this that I've dealt with. The icing on the cake was when the local police came to set up our grandson's crib making sure it met all local ordinances and safety codes. Overall a great time.

My husband and I have thoroughly enjyoed your home as have our daugher, Liz, son, Eric and the three grandsons, Michael, Dylan and Kyle. Our friends, Ed, Alean and Alice joined us for 3 days and we had fun. The house is unbelievably well-stocked, the sheets smell so good and the accomodations couldn't be improved upon. The weather was perfect, the ocean warm and gentle, shelling was great. As I'm an almost gourmet cook, the kitchen was fun to work in. We were 4 generations of family from 3 different states who came down for a week's vacation. Our ages ranged from 84 to 11 1/2 months. The house and location suited us perfectly and we enjoyed ourselves very much. We were very comfortable in this house and settled in very nicely and easily. Even with all 10 of us inside the house at the same time, the house was spacious enought that we weren't tripping over one another. And with the house being as close to the beach as it was, we were able to come and go to the beach and still have time to take other sight-seeing trips. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your house and thank you for the special welcoming treats we received the night we arrived.

Your beach home was absolutely gorgeous! There are no complaints. This was our 2006 Christmas gift to our children and my parents. Christmas day we gave everyone their "Isle Sea You packages." Lots of cheers and thoughts of can't wait for September and the beach.
September finally gets here. Our son and his wife were the first to arrive, call to let us know the house is beautiful. We arrive next; they are right beautiful inside and out. Early evening, our son, his wife and son arrive. Dinner Saturday was great and the surprise boxes of gooides made it even better! (Thank you)
The sun was out most of the time. THe week went by much too fast but we really had a wonderful time, thank you for all the extra touches. I did a lot of reading, walking, swimming, sleeping, and most precious to me I spoiled by grandson and spent the week with most of my family. We had a fun week. I know we will be back.

We cannot tell you how much we enjoyed staying in your beautiful house. You really are over the top. The house was very clean, the sheets smelled good (a real treat as in most beach houses they smell musty), the kitchen was wonderfully stocked, and it was just wonderful staying there. We took a walk each morning before breakfast, ate a leisurely breakfast and then went to the beach.
We all went in the pool after lunch and had water gun fights. One day the girls and I went consignment shipping and found some treasures. On the way home we stopped at Holden's and picked our own tomatoes. I haven't even mentioned the pastries which were wonderful.
I cannot believe how fortunate we were to rent your beautiful home. We will see if next year works out for us and will let you know as soon as possible. In the meantime, we wish you only the best. I read your guest book and you make a great many folks happy.

Our family of ten included four generations greatly enjoyed our Ocean Isle stay. Isle Sea You is a beautiful, well-maintained home. We appreciate your concern with your guests enjoying all that your home has to offer.
Some of our favorite amenities were the night lights and hand soap. The full size washer and dryer were used all week! The TVs and clocks in every bedroom were enjoyed, too. The kitchen truly is fully stocked!

We were so tired upon arriving yesterday, but we did take time to unpack, walk to the beach, sit awhile under the canopy, and enjoy a quiet evening. We had a great week at Ocean Isle Beach! The house was wonderful and we appreciate all that you did to make our vacation a memorable one. The furniture is so comfortable! We enjoyed many aspects of your beautiful home. The weather was so beautiful and hot that we were able to enjoy the pool every day. It was even hot enough to swim in the ocean! We enjoyed the canopy every day. Thanks for providing it. We will miss it next year. (Owner's note: The town has banned canopies on the beach starting in 2008. However, we plan to offer a premium umbrella service in place of it during the months that Beachway Rentals offers the service.) Your house is in a really good location. We walked to get ice cream a couple nights this week.

Just got back from a great week at OIB with the golf group. Your place is fantastic! You've thought of everything, from the cheesecake to the beach tent, your house was all the right touches. Everyone in the group had nothing but copmliments. I vacation at OIB every year and I'm so impressed that I'm trying to figure out how fit my whole family into your place so we can rent it for 2008. Otherwise we expect to be back in 2009 for another week of golfing.

Isle Sea You is the perfect house for a perfect vacation! From the house to the pool to the short walk to the beach everything was great! We enjoyed the canopy and chairs! The house was equipped with everything to make our vacation memorable. The kitchen and grill were used to prepare delicious meals and the spacious dining area allowed us to sit and dine together as a family. The Jimison, Whitcomb, Teague and Hicks Families enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving week in your home. We are so happy you opened your home to us. The house is truly a home and we enjoyed the beach, the canal (for the boat), and especially the Christmas parade (with lots of candy) that passed right in front of the house.
We also went to the lighting of the tree across from the firehouse and our youngest, Clayton, got to see Santa come into town on a fire truck. What a memorable experience.

I can't tell you just how much we've enjoyed your home and hospitality during our stay...even before our stay. You made it easy for me to plan our first family vacation with my sisters and their children. The kids all had a great time at the beach and the pool (even when mother nature wasn't cooperating)!! More importantly, I think my Dad had the time of his life. No one is ready to head home. We are, however, planning to return.

It was so nice to have all the supplies (paper towels, detergent, foil, etc.) already there and we didn't have to rush out to the store right away.

Thank you for sharing your home with us. This is our second stay here and had become our favorite vacation place. We enjoy the convenience to the beach and shopping and our family in the area. Although it was a bit chilly, we enjoyed the pool, too! The house is great--we are still all attached to "our own" rooms, we know where everything goes in the kitchen and feel very much at home here. The kids loved the lunchboxes and the ornament was truly appreciated. Mostly we enjoyed the wonderful desserts--what a nice touch!

Our fist vacation experience to Ocean Isle Beach, NC was absolutely awesome, thanks to Isle Sea You and the owners. The house was clean and very well equipped. The family's hospitaliites were beyond expectations. The only thing you need to brign is food and your bathing suit. The house location is close to anything and everything you want or need. It was our first trip, but won't be our last.

I can hardly find the words to tell you how blown away my family, friends and I were with our experience staying in your wonderful home! In none of my travels, including overseas and to some first class hotels and resorts, have I ever experienced the royal treatment we felt in our stay at Isle-Sea-You! The house was indeed perfect, every possible need was anticipated, and courtesy extended! The ornament, the desserts, the guidebooks, the incredibly equipped kitchen, the pool/beach supplies...I could go on and on. You obviously have a great gift for hospitality!
Even though we weren't originally planning to do any vacation time there next year in anticipation of our move, we talked with my niece and her husband about the possibility of coming back together next year, provided we can make arrangements to book before all of your vacancies are gone! One of us will probably be getting in touch, as soon as we can. I can't imagine word of what great acomodations you offer at such a great price will stay a secret much longer. I hope to get at least one more chance to visit before then!

I wanted to let you know how much my husband and I enjoyed our stay at your beach home. Everything was so pretty and bright throughout the house and could not have asked for anything to be better. Absolutely, wonderful. I just squealed when I walked in and saw an ornament on the kitchen bar with sea turtles on it. What a pleasant surprise. I couldn’t wait until Christmas to hang it so I bought a little brass stand to hang it on now. Thank you so much. Also, when Causeway Gourmet called saying they were delivering some treats, I was just taken back with how wonderful you are to your guest. I can see now why you would have a tremendous return list.

Thia was a great family vacation. Your home is beautiful and very comfortable. Your hospitality is hard to find these days. We can't wait to come back. My daughter kept saying "water" and we thought she meant drinking water but she threw a fit. We finally figured out she wanted the ocean. She is 19 months old and loved the ocean and the pool. I wish we could've spent more time on the beach.

This was the first vacation we took where we didn't have to worry about a thing. The owner's hospitality is outstanding. They went the extra mile to make sure our vacation was unforgettable. The extras like the yummy deserts from Causeway Gourmet the night we arrived and the umbrella rental so we didn't have to worry about finding our spot on the beach were awesome. The beach access is not far and very easy to get to from the house. It is a ramp instead of stairs which was perfect for my mom who has bad knees. They beach access wasn't something we had thought about and it worked out great. Our family had a wonderful stay and we can't wait to do it again.

We first learned of "Isle Sea You" last Fall (2007) when my husband and I were scouting the area to find a great house for my son's college graduation celebration with family and friends. We drove up and down the streest of Ocean Isle and came across this immaculate home, just steps from the public entrance to the beach. A family was on the porch getting ready to go back home (boo hoo) and we asked them how they liked it there. Well....20 minutes and numerous reasons later we could not wait to send a note to the owners and book our week for 2008.
From the minute we began corresponding with the owners, we could not have been more impressed. They responded quickly, enthusiastically (we thought we were the only people who ever rented from them) and professionally and months before we actually arrived to the beach, we already felt like they were family members welcoming us home.
Just steps into the front door and I was on the phone to confirm our week for 2009!
Get ready to be impressed--from the gourmet-inspired kitchen amenities (don't brign it--they have it!), to the beach umbrella set-up to the top-notch entertainment center (unlimited US phone calls, WIRELESS Internet, cable channels--including movies, etc.) to the extra special welcome gifts and "sweet" treats. Our friends and family were blown away. The only negative thing is that the couldn't squeeze 4 more days into a 7 day week!
